Sham company, which doesn't respond to their customer service email.

Order was placed on the 22nd, received an email the item was delayed by at least a week on the 25th. Emailed them on the 4th for an update, with no response, now have received another automated email on the 7th repeating the same original email of how the product is delayed.

Avoid if you can.

Really good quality bed. We had a few minor issues with a few parts but it was sorted out very promptly and easily. Highly recommended.

Ordered bunk bed for daughter 4 main parts of the bed missing, my daughter has now gone 4 nights sleeping in our bed as we made the error of expecting the simple job of correctly delivering a product we fully paid for so disassembled her old bed. Still not resolved as cuckooland also cannot seem to complete the task of delivering the missing parts ! It took 4 days for a reply and still no resolution. Frustrating to say the least. I expect a part refund for the problems this has caused. We paid for someone to make the bed had to cancel cost us days work - plus lack of sleep due to daughter having to sleep in our bed !

Great living room furniture set everything arrived as expected and quality is good

Ordered some winter boots and cushions from Cuckooland. Delivered within 2 days, great communication around the delivery and the quality of the cushions and boots is brilliant. Excited to buy more things.

I had bought an item that stopped working. It was in warranty and straight away Cuckooland sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. Very impressive customer service.

I ordered a bunk bed for my daughter. The bed was lovely and it was delivered in good time.

I was not able to assemble the bed straight away and when I managed to I noticed that some pieces were missing. I contacted Cuckooland to ask if they could provide me with the missing parts. Despite some time between purchase and noticing the issue had passed, I was assisted promptly.

My experience with the company has been really good; particularly, as customer service was extremely speedy and responsive.

I purchased a spice crusher and pestle and mortar for my fiancé for Christmas, unfortunately the spice crusher was damaged when delivered. Leah west from customer services couldn’t be more helpful! Nothing was too much trouble from her. She resolved the matter promptly and without fuss.

I’m very happy with my Chesterton record-player purchased via Cuckooland a couple of months ago - the LP sound is outstanding. It is said to play 78s but I wasn’t sure whether that included the old bakelite ones. I recently asked Cuckooland who went to the bother of contacting the supplier (who said Yes, it does, but they wear out the stylus faster). Very impressed.

Amazing! The whole experience was easy and straightforward. Leah you are great! I called so many other comps before finding yours and no one was willing to sent it to the Isle of Man unless I found a shipping company. Leah sorted everything for us. Beds were installed today and the boys absolutely love them. Thank you! Highly recommended beds and company.

The customer service team was very helpful and quick at helping resolve an issue I had with the delivery. I would recommend using them especially if you run into any problems, they will help you sort it.
